The Hi-Tech Group unveiled a comprehensive showcase of its cutting-edge technologies and capabilities as a one-stop solution provider for the global automotive industry.

The Hi-Tech Group companies demonstrated integrated solutions for a connected automotive future, combining Powertrain expertise with next-gen Software-Defined Vehicle (SDV) technologies and Safety OS platforms.

  • High-performance Powertrain Systems – Showcased Engine, Transmission and Driveline systems and high precision sub-assembliesand components. Application products such as Engines, Transmission and Driveline systems for a wide range of applications e.g. Two-Wheeler, Passenger Cars, Commercial vehicles as well as non-automotive applications were also displayed. A key focus remained the high precision silent and twist-free ground electric mobility components (EV components).
  • Commercial Vehicle Experience Zone – Highlighted advanced safety and driver assistance technologies tailored for commercial vehicle applications based on over 7 billion kilometers of driving data and installation of 70,000+ AI-based systems across 20+ vehicle models. So far,Novus Hi-Tech systems prevented200,000+ accidents through its intelligent safety solutions.
  • Passenger Vehicle Experience Zone – Demonstrated next-generation cabin sensing features for enhanced driver and occupant safety, personalization, and user comfort.
  • India’s largest Autonomous Guided Vehicle (AGV) emphasizing Hi-Tech’s vision for intelligent, automated, and connected factory operations and smart automation.
Launch of DGMS-Compliant Mining Safety Solutions

A landmark moment at the event was the exclusive launch of DGMS-compliant safety solutions for mining applications in collaboration with Eicher Trucks & Buses, a division of VE Commercial Vehicles Limited (VECV). These systems include:

  • Driver Monitoring System (DMS)
  • Proximity Warning System (PWS)
  • Auto Dipper System

These solutions aim to significantly enhanceoperator safety, reduce accidents, and ensure regulatory compliance in demanding mining environments.

The launch was jointly led by Mr. Vinod Aggarwal, MD & CEO, VECV, and Mr. Deep Kapuria, Chairman, The Hi-Tech Group.

Visitors witnessed live demonstrations of these technologies integration into Eicher’s mining trucks. These demonstrations highlighted the systems’ real-world applications and their effectiveness in boosting safety and performance in demanding mining environments.
